Dear One – Let us not waste one moment, one small second of this time. Let us fill it to the very brim with the Essence of Life, Love and Goodness. Let our prayer be:

Father, I still my body, I still my mind, I still my thoughts. In the living silence of deep communion I touch Your Eternal Presence; I listen with a mind open and receptive; I receive the true blessing of Oneness with You. Fill my ears with the harmony of Your voice; let my eyes behold the Light of Your Glory; and fill my heart with warmth and Love, for that Love, I know, will heal all things.

“I am God and there is none else” are the words of Isa. 45:22. Then be still, listen, feel, and accept the very Presence of God that, even now, fills your being.

From Unity of Yucaipa*, we bless you and we acknowledge in this very instant, God in all His Glory has touched your being.

Blessed One: In Job 33:4 we read, “The spirit of God hath made me and the breath of the Almighty giveth me life.”

Health comes from a strong, abiding consciousness that God is the unchanging Essence of Life – Being – Man in expression. The activity of God in man is constant, instant, and the eternal supply of life and vitality. He is the Source of the intelligence that governs every cell and organ of the body. He is the constant activity in man, instantly available, and His Life is eternal and unceasing.

Open the mind now to God-thoughts of life, and close the mind to negation. Keep the attention on positive thoughts, and with unwavering vigil, in faith believing, accept the glorious Truth of God’s Life and Health now present in you.

Bless you, dear one, as you relax and comfortably feel the pulse and flow of Divine Life now coursing through every vein, tissue and symbol of your body, while we at Unity of Yucaipa* pray with you, and bless you in this thought.

Dear one – Perfect health comes from a strong abiding consciousness that God is the unchanging Essence of Life. God is the constant, instant supply of life and vitality to the physical, mental and spiritual attributes of His creation: man. God is the Source of all intelligence, all love; eternal, unceasing.

Let us open our minds to the thought of God’s Presence; closer to us than breathing, nearer than hands and feet. Regardless of how things look or seem, remember that God is with you now, and with God all things are possible. Nothing is incurable or unsurmountable. Accept the miracle of perfect health in mind and you will reflect that perfect image in body.

Bless you, dear one, in thoughts of life, strength, joy and health, and God’s intimate Presence indwelling you now.

Peace be with you. Our love from Unity of Yucaipa* sustains you, and our prayers go out to the infinite Presence of God.

Blessed One – There are some very inspiring words in Romans 12:2: “Be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind.”

The body is the willing and responsive instrument of the mind. Far more important to the health of the body is the attitude of the mind, the thoughts that fill this very creative function.

In this realization, set about transforming the body to perfect health by renewing the thoughts of the mind, by changing the thought-pattern. Change the ideas of sickness, of poverty, of lack, to those of radiant health, abundance, and perfect life.

In prayer, turn to God and ask for new ideas of health, wholeness, life and strength. Think of the body as the radiant temple of the Living God, and in mind be inspired by this thought. Instantly feel the warm flow of life and strength fill every cell of the body and you will be born anew in Spirit and in Truth.

Bless you, dear one, as you accomplish this in the silence of your own prayer time.

Blessed one – relax and think of this prayer:

Father-God, I turn to You now in prayer. I still my body, I still my mind, I still these thoughts that You have lovingly placed within me. In the living silence of this deep communion I touch Your Eternal Presence.

I know, Father, that You are the One Power, the One Presence, the One True God in all the universe. You are in me, and the Power through which I live and move and have my being. Thank You, Father, as I acknowledge this Truth, and as I fill my being with You as the very Essence of Life.

I fill my life with the Peace of Your Presence. I open my eyes and behold, there You are, surrounding me, blessing me, loving me.

Thank you, Father, for I know in the words of Isaiah 45:22 “I am God, there is none else.”

Bless you, dear one, for choosing this moment to pray, to be still, and to acknowledge the great Power of God that even now fills your very being. Though the Wisdom and Love of God there is a solution to every problem, and a healing for every need.

We think of this moment as an opportunity to demonstrate the goodness of God. As we pray, let us release every concern, every doubt, every anxious thought, into His loving care, free our minds from anxiety by surrendering everything to Him. In so doing we will make way for the strength and courage that is needed to meet life’s challenges, and our faith and radiant Spirit will be a blessing to everyone.

Thank you, Father, that through Your Wisdom and Love a solution is now revealed, a healing is now brought forth.

From Unity of Yucaipa*, our blessings, our love and our strength sustain you as you boldly, but peacefully, walk through this challenge, and praise the opportunity that is NOW.

Jesus told us to “keep His words”; that is, consciously, understandingly, to lay hold of their full inner meaning and power through deep meditation and thought. When this inner awareness of their meaning settles down in our own subconscious mind, then these words are filled with power for us, and bear fruit quickly.

But we must always keep the words that we speak outside our prayer times in harmony with the desires we are seeking to demonstrate. Since they are the productive power of the mind, all our words are important.

Let us speak the word with power and authority: “There is no place where God is not. Mighty in the midst of me is the healing, harmonizing, unifying Presence of God. I acknowledge this and accept Its Healing Presence. I give thanks for the perfect answer to my prayer, consciously accepted and lovingly received.” Bless you, dear one, as we pray with you in this Christ consciousness of knowing and of freedom.

In Genesis, the words: “and God breathed the breath of life into man and he became a living soul.” Does this not indicate and tell us that the breath we breathe, the very activity that we continually use, that of breathing, is the activity of God in us?

Let us breathe deeply, quietly, and knowingly, acknowledging that this intake of air is the imbibing of God-presence, the substance through which we can move and live and have our being.

Quietly acknowledge this, and recognize its significance in your life. For God is Spirit and they that worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and in Truth.

So Breathe quietly, lovingly, and knowingly, the God Presence, and be filled with His Radiance, Joy and Perfection.

Nothing is ever as difficult as it seems. The greatest need is to relax, to be calm, and to know that through God’s Power we can meet every situation, and through His Power we can do all things.

God is at work in our life, and our affairs right now, so we are not tense, anxious, or concerned about the outcome of anything. We put our trust in God.

Let us now speak the words “I am calm and confident in the realization that I can depend on God to guide me, to sustain me, and to make all things right. I turn to God and remind myself that He is with me to help me.”

Thank you, Father, that we consciously, lovingly, and trustingly believe this with faith, love and confidence.
