The Desert Church of the Learning Light (DCLL) was founded in Tucson, AZ by Rev. P. Joanna Rogers. In 2002 she retired and moved to Ohio to be closer to her family. She continued as minister of DCLL as a 'virtual' church. In 2018, after a number of years studying under her, she had the great joy of ordaining Timothy Gemperline. In order to continue her work Rev. Rogers and Rev. Gemperline have moved the virtual church to Ohio under the name of Learning Light Ministries.
